    Ok, I believe I may have fixed the dupe issue. It turns out that the dupes
    were originating from the same fscking echo areas, so I simply commented out those areas.

    That's not a fix. You have no clue that it won't happen to other areas too!

    That's not a fix. You have no clue that it won't happen to other areas

    Actually, i'm nearly 100% sure that is those areas. I did about 10 test runs
    to test, and those areas always produced the dupes.
