  • BusCard Project is Complete

    Hi guys,

    If anyone is interested, I have recently completed my BusCard reverse-engineering project. The BusCard was manufactured some time around 1983
    by Batteries Included Ltd. They had a little store down in the Village by the Grange back in those days.

    The BusCard, like the BusCard II is an interface card you plug into the Commodore 64 expansion port and it provides an IEEE-488 interface and parallel printer interface. It also gives you BASIC 4.0 and an assembler/disassembler.

    Unlike the BusCard II, the BusCard doesn't use any proprietary chips, so I was able to reverse-engineer it.

    I have posted a pretty exhaustive web page on it and provide the schematic as well as EAGLE files and GERBER files if you're interested in making one.
