I have a Inter-BBS Chat server setup. If you are a sysop and your BBS can telnet out then your BBS users can take part in Inter-BBS Chat.
Point your Menu to
telnet://niabbs.com:2323
If you are a Mystic Sysop the command is IT /addr=niabbs.com /port=2323
