Hi all - Codefenix here. Quick intro.

I've been a fan of BBSing, ANSI art, and all things DOS since I was a teen. My dad managed the local RadioShack in my hometown, so I grew up surrounded by Tandy computers and spent countless hours putzing around with them them. I dialed into my first BBS in 1993 on our Tandy 2500 SX, a blazing-fast 20 MHz 386SX with an equally impressive 2400 baud internal modem. Those early days left a lasting impression on me, and in late 2019 I started ConstructiveChaos as a way to recapture the creativity, community, and excitement that made the BBS scene so special.

When I'm not geeking out over retro computing, I try to stay active. I walk the dog every day, enjoy taking the family camping during the summer, and make it a point to catch a concert or two each year. This summer we saw Sammy Hagar followed by the Gin Blossoms the very next week .. both were fantastic. I'm also a lifelong Cleveland sports fan... which, as you probably know, comes with its fair share of heartbreak.

This year we've been renovating our home. Kitchen cabinets, counters, and floors wrapping up nicely, and upstais bathroom soon to follow. It's been a CRAZY year living in the home with all that going on, but we're managing well and it's nice to see the outcome take shape.
